By downloading, installing, or using Chopper ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. GoFig Studios ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
All content in the App, including but not limited to artwork, animations, sounds, game logic, UI design, and branding, is the property of GoFig Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas you submit regarding the App may be used by GoFig Studios without restriction, compensation, or attribution. You retain no intellectual property rights over submitted feedback.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
The App uses third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), and Google AdMob (advertising, when enabled). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice or liability. This includes changes to gameplay rules, matchmaking, ratings, features, and content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your expectations or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoFig Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of game progress, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoFig Studios, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
